The Putnam Room offers a dining experience for everyone. From date night to drinks with friends! Come celebrate with us for your special occasion. Open Monday - Friday from 11 am to 9 pm & Saturday from 4-10pm. Happy hour from 3-5pm throughout the week & our new late night happy hour on Saturdays from 8-10pm!

CHEF CHAD COMBS

World Food Competition winner and renowned chef, Chad Combs, has been in the culinary field for over 25 years. His experience ranges from bar and grille to fine dining where he has worked in approximately 20 different establishments in Nashville, TN, Jacksonville, FL, Cookeville, TN and Smithville, TN,.

Chef Chad operates food service establishments as well as private, in-home chef services and catering. Chef Chad facilitates the need for a personal chef. From birthday parties to company dinners to any special occasion needing the culinary expertise and experience to ensure a successful event. Chef Chad brings exquisite, creative and reasonably priced dishes compared to other caterers. 'I realize the 'accepted standard' in catering provides a service that more than satisfies the needs and expectations for a successful event. I like to think the service we provide well suites a niche of a higher standard. We focus on personal attention and customization of menu and service to ensure our client has a extraordinary experience.
